, Features:

1, the cutting machine is very easy to install and maintain as a result of its simple structure. The cutting and running are controlled by the same device, which makes maintenance more convenient.

2, after tilting the blank stands vertically with the width of 600 mm and the height of 1200 mm, which is unlikely to be broken and drifted, thus helping achieve shorter cutting wire and higher cutting precision.

3, the grooves on both sides of the blank can be milled at the same time when the blank is cut vertically by the vertical cutting device, so on groove processing device is needed.

4, the step mobile cutting machine is used to process both building blocks and slades. The blank can be cut in six sides so that the quality of product will not be affected by mould oil and deformation of the mould.

5, the cutting machine can complete processes such as tilting, vertical cutting and cross cutting in different positions.

, Working principle

The tilting hanger turns mould 90 degree in the air, demolish the blank and puts it on the cutting table together with the side plate. Then the blank will be cut by the longitudinal cutting device through the motor and its own running at the pause position, it will be cut horizontally by the cross cutting device that is driven by the motor to center of the blank. The cross cutting holder drops and cuts vertically from up to down until it is reset upward.

The raw materials of AAC block are sand, cement, lime and gypsum, and the technological process of production of AAC block includes mixing, casting, cutting, curing, etc. The workshop section of technological flow of production includes mainly raw material transportation, hoist, grinding, material/weighing, casting, curing, etc.
