Automatic Block Making Machine (AAC Block Machine)

Dearye block making machine is designed for making autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. It comes in two types, that is semi automatic block machine and automatic AAC block machine. Manufactured using advanced technology from Germany, our block making machine is efficient, easy to operate and long lasting. , Pouring Mixing

Dearye pouring mixer is a key component of AAC machine. After being metered, raw materials and water will be poured into the cylinder of this pouring mixer and then be mixed together into slurry that is suitable for subsequent pouring. The slurry can be poured into the mould for pre-cutting by opening the discharge butterfly valve.

, Mould, Side Plate, Hardening Car

The components of AAC machine shown here are mould, side plate and hardening car. The mould and side plate are used to hold material slurry which is solidified into the blank after setting, curing and foaming processes. The side plate carries the blank to the cutting machine where the blank are cut into pieces. Then these pieces will be fed into the autoclave to be hardened.

Dearye cutting machine comes in two models, which are ACUT4.0M(ACUT 4.2M) step mobile (fixation) cutting machine and ACUT 6.0M6 step mobile fixation cutting machine.
