This fully-automatic door-type dish machine uses 1.5 gallons of water per rack in each 90-second cycle. It features built-in dispensing pumps for detergent, rinse-aid and sanitizer and includes an alarm to alert the operator when the dishwasher is running low on these important chemicals. It is field-convertible to go from a straight-through unit to a corner model and vice versa, making it a flexible machine should your warewashing setup change in the future. Other standard features include a built-in stainless steel scrap accumulator and a delimer function, both of which help maintain the unit's performance for years to come.
