Neodymium magnet powders with synthetic or plastic rubber (CPE,NBR etc)binders. Flexible (Rubber) magnets are made by rolling (calendaring) or extrusion methods. It has permanent magnetic property and excellent flexibility characteristic. Both final-production and semi-finished can be easily cut, punched, folded, and twisted. Ferrite flexible (Rubber) magnet material is very low energy and its energy product is from 0.4MGOe to 1.75MGOe.Flexible magnets are applied because of their advantages of versatility, low cost, and ease of use. we've done is to meet our customer demands in a dynamic ever-changing marketplace. 2\High Energy Flexible Magnets
High energy flexible magnets are anisotropic (oriented), whereas standard flexible
magnetic material is not. Therefore, high energy magnets are similar in strength to a Grade 1
ceramic magnet. Attributes of High Energy Flexible Magnets is higher resistance to demagnetization compared to standard
flexible magnet material and high energy product versus regular flexible material. High Energy Flexible
Magnets are applied on Micro-Motors, Sensors, Latches, Magnetic Assemblies, Electronics, Appliances, Holding, Actuators, and Seals. Special magnetizing patterns available and may require fabrication of magnetizing fixtures.
3 \Magnetic Extrusion Strips
Feller has a monthly capacity of making 200 tons
magnetic strip, and owns over 300 kinds of profiles. Magnetic extrusion strips are widely used for display, fridge door, house window or door, warehouse signs, etc. The layout of magnetic pole can be made according to request. A lot kinds of adhesive tape like solvent, rubber or foam can be laminated on the non-magnetized side. Then you can adhere anything on the
magnet strip and stick it onto fridges, file cabinets, or any metal surfaces. Please inform us what kind of object the adhesive to stick (such as paper, plastic, metal, woods), and using conditions (such as indoor or outdoor, normal or high or low temperature) for more information and suggestion.
