1)Mode of production is: electrical heating rotary drum,shell outside the belt heating,mesh belt pressing,tailstock stretching,continuous vulcanization
2)This machine is controlled by PLC and displayed on touch screen,having high automatizating and reliable performance
3)Pressing mode of vucanization can be realized by continuous operation of steel wire mesh belt through hydraulic pressure acting on the surface of V belt
4)All kinds of molds on vulcanizing drum can be replaced optionally,meanwhile,its stretching rooler can be also replaced
5)This machine is equipped with hydraulic system.
