2.Adopted the international standard of fermentation technology, diverse methods to control the temperature. The inner surface of the tank is mirror-polished. The standard is <=0.8um<=0.6um<=0.2um. Completely meet the demanding of PLC and sterilize system.
(2)the fermenting tank is equipped with cooling facility for convenience of temperature control. Produce process is easy to control. Fermenting period and bacterial infection are reduced, beer quality is more stable.
(3) outside of tank is equipped with attemperator. Fermenting tanks can be placed open air, decrease building investment, save floor area, easy to extension.
(4) adopts vacuum tight retort, easy to wash and retrieve of
CO2, fermenting process is proceeding under pressure. The tank can be not only fermenting tank but also beer storage tank, or combined fermentation and storage, called one can fermentation method.
(5)the fermentation liquor formed CO2 grads (density gradient). Through cooling control, make the fermentation liquor natural convection, the higher the tank is the stronger the convection. Because of the exist of strong convection, fermentability and fermenting speed are increased, fermenting period is reduced.

(7) cone-shaped tank is suitable for upper fermenting and bottom fermenting.
(8) it can adopt CIP auto-clean system, easy to wash.
(9) cone-shaped tank is easy to produce (can be done on site), applicability is strong.
(10) plant capacity can be adjust according to production need flexibly, from 20~600m3, largest is 1500 m3.
