Steel Grid

The steel grid plate is made by horizontally and vertically arranging loaded flat steel and transverse rods at a certain distance, welding with a high-voltage resistance welding machine to form a raw plate, and performing deep-processing steps of cutting, incising, tapping, edge coating, etc.
Material: Low-carbon steel
Surface treatment: Hot dip cold plating, paint or no coating
Surface shape: Plane-shaped and teeth-shaped
Feature: Due to tight grid pressure welding structure, the product has the features of high bearing capability, light structure, convenient lifting, handsome appearance and durability; and due to hot dip galvanized surface treatment, the product has the features of high corrosion resistance, bright and handsome surface, high ventilating, lighting, heat dissipating, anti-explosive and anti-slipping properties and waste accumulation resistance.
Purpose: Used for industrial platforms, various trench covers, floor footplates, fences, ceilings, separation rails, etc.
