UUBM - Deep groove ball bearing is composed of an outer ring, inner ring, a set of ball and a cage. Structure simple and easy maintenance. Mainly used to bear radial load, but also bear certain axial load, when the axial clearance increased, will have the performance of angular

Structure:
Body of rolling can be divided into steel ball,
strainless steel ball and ceramic ball. Cage with steel, plastic and non-ferrous materials.
Cage with two structure: turning entity and wave-shaped of steel stamping.

Products precision:
Dimensional tolerance and geometrical
precision by GB/T307.
Maching precision 10 grade steel ball(GB/T308)

Materials:
Material for rolling body is GCr15 bearing steel,
quench-hardening HRC60-65.
Material for thrust washer is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC61-65.
Material for cages is nylon\low-carbon steel or
non-ferrous metal.

Special Directions:
Easy to mount, but radial preloading during
installation is to be fully considered.
