1,Production Overview:
                                                                                                                                      
The pump restricting parts adopt the advanced flow simulation technology to guarantee the reliable pump design and the high operating efficiency. The anti-corrosion & anti-wear metal and rubber materials which are specifically developed for FGD pumps have been proved by the practice that they can ensure the long-life pump operation. Through adjusting the bearing components to change the impeller position in the pump chamber all-time high-efficient operation of the pump can be achieved. The pump is characterized by the back knock-down structure which is simple and advanced. It is easy to maintain and repair and it is on need dismantling inlet and outlet water pipes. The containerized mechanical seal specially used for the desulphurization process is adopted and its operation is reliable.
   
2,Features:                                                                                                                                                
a) TL(R) Series FGD pump is the single stage, single suction and horizontal centrifugal pump. It is mainly used as the circulating pump for absorption tower in FGD system in Power Plant. This series pump has the advantages of wide flow range, high efficiency and saving-energy. It adopts the compact X shape Frame to occupy less area. We employ many kinds of reliable material on TL(R) pump according to the requirements of FGD system.
b) The wet parts are designed with the CFD Fluid Simulating Analysis Technology to ensure its high-efficiency operation. The position of impeller in the pump internal can be changed by adjusting the bearing assembly, which can ensure the pump to run efficiently. The pump adopts back pull-out structure, which is easy to disassemble and without need to remove the inlet and outlet pipeline.
c) The bearing at pump end is double-row taper roller bearing, and bearing at drive end is cylindrical roller bearing. The bearings are lubricated with thin oil to longer the service time of bearing.
d) Integrated mechanical seal which is suitable to the FGD process is used.
e) Pump casing, pump cover and joint plate are the pressure parts and they use the ductile cast iron.
In the rubber structure: impeller, suction cover/front liner plate use special wear-resistant and corrosive-resistant material; the material of front jacket, back jacket and back liner plate is rubber, the rubber material has the advantages of good abrasive-resistant ability, less weight and low cost.
In the metal structure: impeller, jackets and liners use the special wear-resistant and corrosive-resistant material, the suction cover is made of ductile cast iron with rubber.
3, Application:
They are mainly used to handle slurry with smoke in absorption tower of electric power station,that is thermal power plant FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) Project.
