CR or Chloroprene rubber ( Neoprene Rubber ) is a homopolymer ofchloroprene or chlorobutadiene. It has excellent mechanical and abrasionproperties even without reinforcing fillers and has a reasonableresilience in grade over 60o shore A.
Application:
Neoprene rubber sheet displays good resistance to heat, ozone andweathering and also gives good adhesion to metal. It has good resistanceto inorganic hydrocarbons.
