This extrusion line consists of the single extruder, die head, cooling tank, hauling off machine, twin position colier.

2. Main machine is equipped with Japan OMRON inverter speed adjusting and alternating current motor, 18.5 KW;
3. Hard gears reducer, China's advanced technique in the right size, gears of 20CrMoTi though precisely made, helical gear, seal ring; Main bearings are of famous brand, reinforced lubrication, cooling unit.
4. Machine Frame: Reinforced structure;
5. Barrel heating: Cast aluminum heating ring, three dimension heating, heating power: 12kw; Cooling means: External air cooling, power: 60W*3;
