SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is suitable for all types of PVC powder extrusion forming of special equipment. With different kinds of molds and auxiliary equipment to produce PVC plastic pipe, profiles, plates, sheets, rods, and granulation.
Screw with the oil cooling system. Barrel with special air cooling system. Using special computer-controlled system. According to customers requirements, the most reasonable screw to achieve the best quality plastics and logistics status. Screw all the high-precision milling machines and special machine screw, to ensure performance of each extruding a high degree of consistency. First to introduce the most advanced variable pitch, variable depth of screw design, so the logistics of a screw in shear, compression softer, closer to the actual needs. Distribution box specially designed particularly to increase thrust bearing, bearing with imported, high transmission life, can withstand greater pressure extrusion. Maximize the use of imported original electrical system, and has a number of fault alarm, fault less easily excluded.
