Silicon-Core PE Composite Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly used to product HDPE out layer & inner layer silicon composite pipes. With the excellence and advanced design of the whole extrusion production line. It is easy to operate, highly automatic able to ensure stable quality of continuous production. It can also realize the high speed production; the main raw material for HDPE with silicon pipes is high density polythene. This pipes, manufactured by three plastic extruder sand the co-extrusion die head and moulds, can be used as the sheathing coati for electrical cables and optical cable s in the telecommunication and high express way projects.

Extruder: it has used frequency motor and inverter, the high-efficient unpack format BM screw and simultaneous spiral hand pieces. Co-extrusion die: with the special design for out layer HDPE and inner layer of Silicon and Mark line on the pipe surface . Diameter setting part: It has adopted vacuum negative pressure setting unit and recycled water spray cooling unit and it is made of stainless steel,. The cooling length is 20 m.
Automatic control: by using PLC programmable computer control system,. It can realized the programmed control of temperature , extrusion quantity ,and could automatically measure the drawing and batching length and print the label automatically.
