Product Description
Screw jack lift system configurations screw jacks, bevel gearboxes, flex linking shafts, couplins, guides, gear reducer etc. Considering all the factors, usually, NOSEN supplies screw jacks and bevel gearboxes to clients, whose engineers build the precision lift table following NOSEN engineers AutoCAD drawings.
Screw jack lift system features:
1. Heavy duty, positioning precision, uniform lift speed, fully synchronized, self locking
2. Multiple jack system, from pair jacks system to fourteen jacks system
3. Electric driven, manual operated are available
4. Extremely high capacity requirements of need very precise up or down control. Because the screw jack lift system is of high mechanical, they are an excellent choice when hydraulic, pneumatic or chain systems are prohibitive choices
Screw jack lift system notices:
1. Before starting assembly work, the direction of rotation of all screw jacks, bevel gearboxes and the drive motor must be checked with regard to the feed direction of each individual screw jack.
2. All the components must be carefully aligned during assembly. Alignment errors and stresses increase power consumption and lead to overheating and premature wear. Before a drive motor is attachmed, each screw jack should be turned through its entire length by hand without load. Variations in the amount of force required and/or axial marks on the outside diameter of the screw indicate alignment errors between the screw jack and its additional guides. In this case, the relevant mounting bolts must be loosened and the screw jack turned through by hand again. If the amount of force required is now constant throughout, the appropriate components are aligned. If not, the alignment error must be localized by loosening additional mounting bolts.
