Anole manifold series researched and developed various styles,like X,H,I,Y,K,etc.For the injection molding system,manifold is the center part.Through the runner,it transmit the plastic melt from sprue nozzle to each cavity nozzle.When we design the manifold,we make mold-flow analysis to determine the runner size to make sure the best effctive.For example,multi-cavity mould require well distributed,suitale flow shearing rate;also it need little lost melt pressure in the hot runner,stable melt temperature and viscosity;thus can protect the over-heating damage; smooth runner;heating fast and well controlled temperature.Anole manifold design are based on nature balance and rheology balance theory.Which can make sure the mold melt with reasonable shearing speed and allowable pressure lost.Anole designed and produced runner,which are praised by changing color fast,easy heating,presion temperature control,runner banalance and other advantages.
