When meter is working,, after voltage and current get sample from sampling circuit, then enter special power chips, which will transform it to signal and send the signal to CPU to calculate. As CPU is to calculate energy at different tariffs and dealing with all kinds of data according to the time period which has been set in advance, the meter will display all kinds of data according different needs by infrared or RS485 to communicate , and can record and store kinds of data.
