Application area:
1. Sheet extruder makes PP, PS, PE sheet.
2. The finished sheet are used for plastic products like drinking cups, disposable cups, ice-cream cups, yogurt cups, trays, dishes, lids, plastic containers, plastic boxes and other plastic products.
3. Sheet extruder is composed of 6 parts, there are extruder part, filter part, Die-head part, three rollers part, and traction part, rewinding part.
Features:
1) Used to produce two-layer, two-color sheets, including PP, PE and PS which are used to produce two-color bowls, pallets, heavy-caliber plastic cups, plastic tableware.
2) Composed of extruding, calendaring and traction rolling.
3) The main parts including screw rods, cylinders, dies are made of high quality specially-treated alloys.
4) Abrasion and corrosion resistant, high-temperature resistant.
5) The extruding channel is force resistant and has no retention, which has the sheets with uniformed height.
6) The internally spiral tank ensures effective cooling.
7) with electric changeable screen, it is easy to change and install.
