SJ-65/33 series high speed PPR pipe extrusion line is used for the PPpipes extruding, which are widely used for the water supply andagricultural plumbing.
The whole production line has the following characters:
1. High capacity and lower power consumption, the extruder purchasedthe high speed screw, which ensure the high capacity and goodplasticlization effect, make sure the pipes quality.
2. Easy to maintain, the whole production line even no need to maintain too much, and it can running 24 hours.
We offer two kinds of designs for differnt customers requirements to the machines cost.
Design one:
1. Vacuum loader, SJ-65/30 normal speed extruder, vacuum caliberforming machine, water cooling machine, haul-off machine, oil printingmachine, saw blade cutting machine, stacker
2. Automatic vacuum loader, SJ-65/33 high speed extruder, vacuumcaliber forming machine, showers cooling machine, haul-off machine, jetprinting machine, round cutting machine, stacker
The design 1 has lower cost than design 2, compared with design 2,the out appearance is not good as design 2, also the output is lowerthan design 2.
Two designes all can produce the pipes from 20-110mm with all sizes wall thickness of international stanard.
