PE pipe production line can be used to produce large caliber PE water & gas pipe, the max diameter can reach 1200 mm
The whole line is featured by:
The production line is made up of control system, the head ofmachine, calibration cooling system, extruder device, haul-off machine,cutter and stacker frame, every line has two extruder, one of themadopts convey bush strongly and efficiency screw, and the other is usedto mark line.
1. High efficiency single screw extruder, high rotation speed, good extruding capacity and excellent compounding effect;
2. Vacuum calibrating tank and water spraying cooling tank: Advancedwater loop vacuum calibration tank equipped with adjustable device forofferent roundness and multi-section 6 m spraying water tank, ensuringperfect calibration, the whole body is made of stainless steel.
3. Haul-off machine: Based on the differences of the pipe diameter,we can offer 2 claws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws, and 8 claws caterpillermachine.
4. Cutting machine: Depending on the different diameter of the pipe,we can offer three kinds of cutting style: Saw cutting, planet sawcutting and chip-free rotary knife cutting.
5. Control system: PLC control system or electric control cabinet is available.
