Product Description
The constant tension green building machine mainly works for green belt building and rubber of nylon conveyor belt, EP belt and fabric conveyer belt.
The green belt is built by powder brake control with constant tension. The liner let-off and wind-up adopt toldfree device to guarantee no holds on liner. The building action can run back and forth. The material carriage position can be adjusted manually or automatically. There's an emergence stop button near the tension roll. The drive speed is controlled manually and all motors are on same side. Tensioning rolls is designed at the center of the line.
