• Due to the lamella construction, a large surface can be packed in a small volume
• The different types provide surfaces for heat transfer ranging from 0.1 to 8000
Design and function::
1. Finned heat exchangers basically consist of core tubes with drawn or pressed on fins, casing and several collectors or headers
2. Depending on the required operating data, the feed of the medium can be adapted individually
3. By meas of design variations,large thermal expansions of the tubes are compensated with no problems
4. For applications requiring high corrosion resistance and high operation pressure (up to 800 bar)
5. Special material combination tube or fin are available
The following material combination are possible (special material on request):
1. Tubes: copper, copper-nickel, steel, and stainless steel
2. Fins: aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and steel
3. Casing: aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, and stainless
