1. Features:

This machine satisfies GB/T16491-2008, JJG139 and GB/T8947-1998 Compound Plastic Woven Bags.; and also accords with standards GB, ISO, ASTM, JIS about test requirements of tension, seam strength, heat-seal strength for plastic films, packing bags, etc.

Adopting single arm structure, with SCM auto controll and data acquisition system, it realizes fully digital adjustment of data acquisition and control process. For tensile test, it can measure Max. test force, tensile strength, elongation strain, elogation and other technical indexes and can display many kinds of test curves, such as Force-Time, Deformation-Time and so on. After test, it can automatically calculate test data according to test parameters which are set before test and meantime display test results.

Using AC servo motor and ball screw drive loading, with stepless test speed. Adopting photoelectric encoder to measure tensile stroke, with features of even loading, stability, without impact, precise and reliable test data.

It is mainly used to test tensile mechanical property for various plastic woven bags, compound packing bags and other materials. It is applicable to petrochemical industry, cement, packaging and other manufacturing industries and all product quality supervision departments, and also can be used for teaching demonstration in schools.
