The raw material are widely.All kinds of crop stalks/straws can be used. bio-waste,such as : sawdust, bamboo sawdust ,bark ,branches , rice husk ,peanut shell ,walnut shell , cotton straw ,corn cob , sugar cane bagasse .etc (The raw material need to be crumbled to requested size and dried to requested moisture.) At the same time ,it also can be used to make briquettes in charcoal, medicine, food, industry processing area. It is automatic Charcoal briquette machine from agricultural waste.
Biomass briquette machine grinders and briquetting presses are capable of densifying wood waste and many other agricultural feed stocks containing less than 12% moisture. These feed stocks can easily be ground and pressed into a high value solid fuel briquette that can then be used for heating and energy applications.

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. The machine uses a large screw to grind,compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes.
The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, binds the particles of wood together, thus binding,compressing the biomss to form into high density briquettes.
During this process, no binder need to be used. So the ouput briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires.
