The mud reserve tank will have a capacity of 70M3 volume no grater, active ( of drilling fluid with a relative density of 2.45 and for a maximum pressure of 1.02 bars. The tank will be mounted on 12 (300mm) high four-runner skid with pipe ends to facilitate tailboard loading. Tank sides are constructed of 6 mm V crimped steel one piece. Tank bottom of skid ends covered with 6mm checker floor plate.
The mud tank comprises of the following items:
· Reserve tank is divided in two compartments
· Mounted on oilfield type skid:
38Feet- 0 (10.540mm) long x10Feet- 0(3.048 mm) Wide.
The size of mud reserve tank is 11600mmx3450mmx2750mm,weight is 19.2 tons.
