Product Description

3. Material and Treatment:
The material of the product is high strength cast iron HT20-40, and the hardness of its working surface is HB770-240. After two times of treatments (the artificial annealing at the temperature of 600℃~700 ℃ and 2~8 years of natural aging treatment), the product has a good performance of a abrasion resistance and a constant stable accuracy.
In accordance with the state standard, there are 4 grades of the accuracy: Grade 0, Grade 1, Grade2 and Grade3.
