General defect and the defect tolerance(count)
1\Slight discoloration on the surface and the edge of the product due to air oxidation with the tolerance of 8% maximum;
2\Slight brown color or burnt on the surface due to unevenly drying temperature with the tolerance of 5% maximum;
3\Few of cores due to the residue caused by cutting with the tolerance of 5% maximum;

Product Description: Dried apple chips with original flavor are from mature and fresh Fuji apples. After being rinsed, dipped in the drinking water, and cleaned again by fruit washing machine, the apples(DFSP002)are sliced after the peel and core is removed. The Product are made through the Microwave vacuum drying processes. The finished products are crispy in texture and their flavor and color remain natural, almost as the same as those of fresh apples.
