Product Description
(1) PET/PP MACHINE
It is specially designed for PET/PP Bottles with volume up to 5L in 1-cavity / 2-cavity blow mould with hourly production capacity up to 800 pcs - 1,600 pcs.Only one operator is required to feed preform into the machine and eject the blown-up bottles from the same machine.Both the preform heating and bottle blowing processes are combined into the same machine.
(2) COMPONENTS & OPTIONS
The machine is COMPACT in design and SIMPLE for operation.Major components are made of MITSUBISHI, FESTO, SMC, etc. while the initial investment is still very low and ECONOMICAL.There are also optional items available for additional order (including the automatic preform feeder and bottle ejection) to become a fully automatic machine.
(3) TALOR-MADE PRODUCTION
Beside common PET bottles, MP-Series can be tailor-made for bottles with various applications or material, such as:
- PP bottles, jars or cups…etc.
- bottles with plastic handles (handle can be post inserted manually or pre inserted automatically into the bottle)
- bottles made by rPET, PP, PC, PE, PMMA, PLA, PS, AS, SAN, TRITAN, PCTG, PES, PPSU or many other materials are also possible
- wide mouth containers with neck diameter up to 190mm.
