High quality steel with the advanced CNC manchining make each DM permanent magnetic lifter has the same precision and strength.
High level Ndfeb magnets and best magnetic circuit design ensure strong holding power and excellent safety factor 3.0. That means each DM permanent magnetic lifter can reach 3.0 times of the safe working load.
Spring-loaded lever is a safety device. It can prevent any possible accidental deactivation.
Activate only when accurately positioned on the workpiece. Engage all polar surfaces to get maximum performance. Difficult lever turning to <MAG>position means DANGER. Ensure lever locked in pos. <MAG> before lifting. Always hold the lever when activating or de-activating. Do not lift the workpiece if it seems unbalanced. Never operate, pause or maneuver under suspended workpiece. Never deactivate until workpiece is well secured.
