Most industrial dust will blast when it meets the static discharge if its content comes to a certain extent. This causes explosion and fire. For example, the dust in flour, chemical and coal industies. So in the dedusting application of those cases, the dust should be collected with special dust bags which are anti-static. To meet such special demand, we absorbed the advanced technologies and developed the anti-static needled felt.
There are two types: blending the conductive fibers with the yarns and combining the conductive fiber with the scrim. It can be water and oil repellent, and easy to clean after the surface treatment. The product is wildely used in the dust collection of coal handling system in cement and power plants, blast furnace gas and so on.
