Steel Composite Panel


It has high intensity, colorful and no apparent difference as ACP. It uses color-coated steel or galvanized steel as its surface and FR or PE as its core layer, and compounded by polymer adhesive film. Now we can produce it with steel 0.50mm at thickest. Steel composite panel is widely used for container body, Cabinet shell, top interior/exterior decoration and so on.

Stainless Steel Composite Panel


It used stainless steel as double-sided alloy skin with thickness 0.30-0.40mm, compounded with PE core. The stainless steel and the PE core is compounded by the polymeric membrane under continuous high temperature and to be a whole.


This panel has many advantages:

Firstly, it greatly reduces the cost. The mechanical property of the 4mm stainless steel composite panel is equal to the 3mm stainless steel veneer while with a half cost only.

Secondly, it can better withstand external shocks during the process of mechanical processing and installation because of mineral raw materials as the buffer.

Finally, the most important thing is the applied range. The flatness and integrity of stainless steel composite panel are much stronger than stainless steel veneer.
