Product Description
1. PP-R pipes are widely used in residential water –supply system, industrial-purpose water and compressed air conveyance, Agriculture irrigation; Heat supply system etc.
2. The line is mainly composed of the single screw extruder, vacuum forming table, spray box, traction machine, stirring-up rack and so on.
3. Specially designed structure and new screw pattern with mixed smelting section guarantee the optimized article fusing process, meanwhile enhance its extrusion volume.
4. Basket extruder adapter can fulfill low-pressure extrusion, thus ensure high quality.
5. Special calibration sleeves can fulfill outstanding surface quality under speed extrusion.
6. The whole line is supervised and controlled by specially designed micro-computer control system from abroad.
7. Shower box with ABS spray nozzle can produce speed-recognition vortex, thus creates sound & even cooling.
8. Automatic cutter has length-counting automatic cutting function.
9. This line also used to produce cross-linked PP-C, PE-X pipes and other plastic products as well as excellent equipment in plastic processing machines.
