Proprietary technology designed sizing and cooling system that uses water film lubrication and water cooling ring, to meet the HDPE (PP, ABS) material requirements to ensure high-speed production of wall tube diameter and roundness stability.
Specially designed multi-stage vacuum control vacuum sizing box, ensure HDPE (PP, ABS) pipe size stability and roundness. Extrusion machine, traction machine adopts famous imported governor action and control, good stability, high accuracy, high reliability.
HDPE, PP PIPE production line to process run-time by the PLC Control, set a good user interface, all parameters can be set up and the touch screen display. Tag line can be equipped with special extrusion machine, production line with national standards in line with a color tube.
