Product Description
PU rod production line speciations
PU is short for "polyurethane Polyurethan" (English), also known as "spring plastic" "spring glue". PU rod extrusion production line of PU bar has advantages of good corrosion resistance, strong toughness, tear resistance, good tensile, long service life and high profits, etc.
This PU rod production line made of benice includes single screw extruder, automatic feeder and dryer system, steel wire unreeling machine, steel wire heating system, mould, water cooling tank, haul-off unit, double stage winding machine. There is steel wire to make the rods much more hard.
1. SJ series single screw extruder using Germany technic, high capacity screw specail using in the PU material. Electrical control parts uses the international famous brands, like ABB inverter, RKC temperature controller, SIEMENS contactor, realy, and switch bushs, etc.
2. Automatic feeder and dryer system uses electric to heat, and fans to dry. Confirm the raw materials in perfect extrusion.
3. Steel wire unreeling machine uses the good quality steel material, and the steel wire unreeling speed can be adjusted according to the production line speed.
4. PU rod mould uses high quality mould steel material, in coated type.
5. Water cooling tank uses the good quality stainless steel, water pump to supply good enough water to calibrate the products.
