This unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine,cutter, and material reversal stacker, etc.The extruder adopts AC frequency conversion drive system, which issimple to maintain. PVC and wood powder is mainly applied to produce WPC profiles such as bulidingpartition, cabinet door panels, windowsill, wall decorative panel, skirting, door frame, window shutters, photoframe, furniture edge banding, stair handrail, floor board, decoration cladding panel, plastic door andwindow profiles, aluminum plastic composite profiles, decoration profiles, etc.

With reference to the international newest technique, this machinery can mix wood fiber and PP, PE, PVC,PS seperately. It adopets high speed conical double-screw extruder which is equipped with cooling andcalibartiong system, and ABB frequency conversiion control, RKC temperature controller. With advantages ofhigh intensity and hardness, strong acid-base resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-deforming, formaldehyde free,being recyclable, the WPC door, profiles, plate are environmental friednly products. They can be made intovarious section shapes and sizes, which keep the advantages of wood in processing performance andovercome the short lifespan, easily-damaged by worms and water defects of wood. Besides, they can becoated with glue and paint, nailed, drilled, digged as wood, and can also be molded like thermoplasticityplastics. They are widely used as they have the easy-processing quality of wood and the diversity andflexibility of the plastic process.
