1.This production line adopt the special-designed 80/156 conical twin screw extruder. 2.The production line mainly consist of host extruder,die,3-roller calender,edge cutting unit,cooling bracket,haul-off machine,stacker and so on. 3.The host extruder adopt computerized PLC control panel,Japanese RKC temperature controller,ABB speed governor,SIMENS contactor and so on. 4.The production are mianly using in the transportation,architecture,advertisement,industry and so on. 5.The production scope:thickness 1-20mm,width 1200-2050mm. 6.The twin screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter. |
