1.Storage tanks
We process tanks according to the capacity requests, the materials are food class stainless steel 304 or 316
Structures: single layer, jacket, or jacket insulation
In order improve storage tanks functions, we put the following parenthesis parts on the stainless tanks according to clients' requests
(1) agitator
(2) manhole
(3) temperature sensor
(4) level indicator and sensor
(5) high and low level alarmers
(6) asepsis sample valve
(7) measuring equipments
(8) CIP cleaning system

2. Fermentation tanks
Fermentation tanks are widely used in dairy products, beverage, biological engineering, pharmacy, refine chemistry industries.
The tanks are designed with jackets, which could be used for heating, cooling and insulation. R angles are used between tanks and top or bottom dishends (or taper shape), inside wall of tanks are treated by mirror polishing, there is no angle where is difficult to clean. The complete sealed design makes the fermentation and mixing under the environment without pollution during the whole year.
The tanks are equipped with air blowholes, CIP cleaning nozzles, manholes, etc.
Dairy products fermentation is a process of asepsis without pollution, so the tanks adopt asepsis system to avoid microbial pollution in the air, which prolong the shell life of the products and make the taste more pure. We put specially asepsis air blowholes and asepsis pressure fermentation systems on the tanks. There are no maze jackets on the tank bodies which could heat or cool through heating or cooling medium. Different capacities are available due to clients' requests.

The tanks are used to dissolve sugar, additive and other additional materials. The tanks are made of double layers SUS 304 stainless steel insulation materials which have high speed agitating dissolving machine.
The dissolving tanks have following units and accessories;
