1.Inner frame:we use after drying and anti-worm treatment solid wood.High density,high hardness.All the wooden parts processed as per national standards.Disinfection and polishing treatment cover on every wooden part.Necessary reforcement adopted to avoid noise and changing of shape.Moisture containing rate is controlled by between 12%-15%.
2.Sponge:high density sponge to assure the comfort of sitting and the long lifetime of products.

Wood frame joints are conducted with spike & nails, using a small piece of triangle wood to reinforce its internal structure for durability and non-deformation. Coating is the high-quality laminated plywood to modify and specify its shape and design.
Sponge:
High density, high resilience rebound sponge. No sagging. When you sit on it, you'll feel its coziness and comfort. Reach the national certificate for sponge, top grade: 3A. finely cut and is environmental protection adhesive is used for the attachment on the frame.
