I.Introduction:

The KGG series UV curing machine has been developed on the basis of advanced technology. It has reliable performance on curing effect and energy saving as well as environmental protection.

II. Features:

1.Conveying adopts TEFLON transfer belt. It can endure high temperature, attrition and radiation. To ensure smooth conveying, the pneumatic belt deviation correcting device has been assembled.

2.UV curing lamps adopt digital power control, the working power of UV lamp can be adjusted by the range: 25%-100% which has advantage low power consumption.

3.In case of deformation of printing sheet. then high register precision can be ensured. Special design of low working temperature. After curing, the surface temperature of printing substrate can be within 55 degree.

4. Automatically shifting to standby working mode which none printed sheet passing through.
