1. Casting or welding sheet composite structure; The crossbeam, left and right columns, and the base frame (working table) are integrate with 4 tightening bolts. Computerized optimum design is adopted to ensure high strength, rigidity and other requirements of the frame.
2. Clutch-brake system uses pneumatic friction with rigid interlock, which leads to smooth operation, low noises, operation safety and reliability, and a longer service life.
3. Die set height adjustment is protected by the mechanical and crush-proof interlock. Operation and maintenance become easy and safe.
4. Reasonable lubrication system ensures adequate oil filling to each oiling point. According to customers' requirement, grease and oil lubrication of manual, maneuver and automatic control can be available.
5. According to customers' requirements, air cushion and pneumatic-hydraulic plenum chamber cushion can be available.
6. The PLC control system adopted by the electric control ensures high reliability. According to actual situation, ordinary (relay) electric control can be used.
7. According to customers' requirements, digital display intelligence control (the function of die height, automatic lubrication system, tonnage display and so on) can be available.
