PP (polypropylene) plastic honeycomb panel, PC (polycarbonate) and the main product types of plastic honeycomb panel:
1) PP honeycomb panel (both sides with non-woven fabric)Type: Diameter(Φ -Φ 12) honeycomb core density(g/cm3), non-woven fabric specification for both sides(G/M2).
Standard size: 2440mm * 1220mm (96" * 48"), we can also produce according to the customers' requirements.

2) PC honeycomb
PC honeycomb diameter: 3.5mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm. Among them, 3.5mm (PC3.5-90), 6mm (PC6-70) are common used types. Type: Diameter (mm), honeycomb core density (g/cm3)Specification: (thickness) range (mm) PC3.5-90 3.5 0.09 2--350 PC6-070 6 0.07 2_350Color: Mainly produces transparent, grey and white products. Sound proof and Heat insulation: The air layer between two panels is divided into a lot of closed voids, and PP plastic and PC plastic are not the good heat conductor, which brings a great extent limit of the sound and thermal propagation. So that the plastic honeycomb panel has good sound and thermal proof performance.
