Kingair multi-functional water heater is based on years of experience on refrigeration design and manufacture, and as an air conditioner and water heater combination, it is specifically aimed at China's national condition. Controlled by microcomputer, modularized unit resulted in any random combination of independent modules; the chiller unit can adjust its function mode in accordance with air conditioner's load and water need by starting or stopping the corresponding module unit and control the output of cold (hot) water. The unit can be widely used in hotel, office block, school, plant, sauna building, swimming pool and villas.
This control flexible, function convenient, operation stable, and energy saving product has become the first choice in air condition and water heater market.
Multi-functional water heater adopted an efficient and energy saving air source heat pump system, consisting of compressor, air conditioning water side heat exchanger, airside exchanger, hot water side heat exchanger, expansion valve and four-way directional control valve. The unit boasts five functions: cooling, heating, water heating, cooling & water heating, heating & water heating. Operation principle of cooling and heating is the same with conventional air conditioner, while that of the rest is as follows: Water heating mode: Air side heat exchanger (evaporator) provides inexhaustible low-grade heat, and then with the work done by compressor it turns into high-grade heat. Water side heat exchanger (condenser) takes the heat and thus produces hot water.
Cooling & water heating mode: In summer, the chiller takes heat from frozen water at the air conditioning water side heat exchanger. The work done by the compressor transfers condense heat to live use water at hot water side heat exchanger. Hot water is produced accordingly from air conditioning system with no additional cost.
Heating & water heating mode: In winter, hot water is provided until meeting the need. Then the chiller unit will automatically turn to heating function mode. (Figure 3 dotted line for heating mode)
