Electric Hard Sealing Butterfly Valves

It adopts a delicate J shape seal ring and tri-eccentric metal hard seal structure and is widely used in pipelines of metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, water drainage and urban construction, to adjust flow and cut off fluids, medium temperature≤425℃. It adopts a tri-eccentric structure, seat and disc adopt different hardness and stainless steel, so it is corrosion resistant and long in working life. Its seal is bi-directional, in conformity with GB/T13927-92.

1. It adopts a tri-eccentric seal structure, seat and disc barely have any abrasion, and its seal will become tighter and tighter.

2. Seal ring is made of stainless steel which has advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal, so no matter under low temperature or high temperature, it has a good seal performance and a long working life and is corrosion resistant.

3. Disc seal face is surfaced with cobalt-base hard alloy, and its seal face is abrasion resistant and has a long working life.

4. Large-scale disc adopts a support structure, high in strength, large in over flow area, and small in flow resistance.

5. It adopts a bi-directional seal, so when installing, it will not effected by medium flow direction, nor spatial position.

6. Driving device can be installed at multiple station and it is convenient for user to use it.
