Bowl cutter is a mature model cutting machine. This model of cutter adopts high-speed cutting knives, which can chop meat and minor ingredient into corporal punishment. Cutting shaft adopts frequency conversion which features stable operation and small noise, etc. This model of cutting machine has advantages of novel design,rational structure,good selection of materials, as well as easy, safe and reliable operation.

1/1 Usage

This machine is necessary and important to process various meat and fish products. It can be used to chop, mix and emulsify various meats, so as to make different materials (including meat pieces, various food additives, flavoring, starch, ice, etc.) mixed and emulsify uniformly.

 

After being cut, fineness, density and elasticity of various sausages, meat balls,crab meat,fish dumpling, fish balls, etc. Therefore, cutter is the essential machine for producing good sausages and balls, surimi products,etc.

1/2 Operating Principles

Cutting bowl containing materials to be cut rotates at low speed and sends the materials below cutter assembly. Cutting assembly rotates at medium or high speed, so that the meat and other materials rotating in the bowl are mixed and cut into small pieces by cutting knives. Under the split-off by the high-speed cutting knives, meat and other minor ingredients are cut into small pieces and mixed uniformly. High-speed cutting of sharp knives makes meat mixed and emulsified uniformly. The faster the cutting knives rotate, the better the mixing and emulsification are.

1.1 Purpose

1.2 Operating Principle

Place materials into cutting bowl and rotate at low speed. Feed materials to below of cutters. Cutters are rotating at medium speed or high speed, so that raw meat and supplementary materials being rotated in cutting bowl are being cut into pieces and mixed With the split generated by high-speed rotation of cutting knives, meat lumps and supplementary materials are cut into small pieces and mixed uniformly. The combination of high speed rotation together with sharp cutters, make the meat and supplementary materials mixed and emulsified sufficiently. The faster the cutters are rotating, the better the mixing and emulsification might be obtained.
