SAFT Flexibags to Transport Bulk Oil or Industrial Liquids

SAFT flexitank performs well in bulk liquid transportation. Using Flexitank can reduce packaging, storage and transportation costs by a sizeable margin. It is much more cost-saving and convenient than drums or IBCs.

SAFT is professional flexitank manufacturer. We supply flexitank for 20ft container, with the volume from 16,000 liters to 24,000 liters.

Composition

1. Four inner layers food grade Polyethylene

2. One outer layer Strong PP

3. 3 Inch Butterfly Valve
 

Special Design

1.3 inch Unity Valve: to avoid leakage

2. Handle valve: to avoid damage caused by overforce

3. PE bonnet (our special design) : 1) to avoid contamination from any spill out of the flexitank while loading or discharging 2) to protect the valve

4. Anti-suction design: to avoid the PE film being sucked out

5. Lower distance between valve and the ground to completely drain the liquid
