Function & Features
1. While Z axis (piston) pressing, the impulse welder will electrify and power cut to prevent any sort of non-wetting.
2. Using impulse heating technique will control the temperature in an extremely precision and will achieve to higher quality production.
3. Partial area of heating will also control the heat effect to the components around others for protections.
4. Impulse welder is quick responding and also provides well heat concentration, and it is qualified for some samples like fast heat transferring or products with small gap.
5. EP Impulse Welder has automatic welding head cleaning function and it increases the quality of production.
6. By Using Teach Pendant with programming will make the operating easily and friendly.
