The lamps are made in 3 separate parts: Tube, ballast and base, Customers can assemble the lamps easily and safely by themselves. Any one of the 3 parts doesn't work, you just replace the part, instead of buying a new energy saving lamp, and the lifetime of the ballast are several times to the tube , one ballast can be used with no less than 2 tubes, so it saves the cost at the most. Besides, the lamp base can be changed with E27, E26, E14, B22 easily and simply, one lamp can be used in different holder. And they are built with a Recyclable Plastic Lamp Base which prevents harmful soldering on the lamp base.
