The Square Plansifter Novastarwith a maximum sifting area aooommodald in a minimum space hasbeen designed forthe siftingofbreakandflurstocks and forthe sorting ofdifferent grain varieties in soft wheatrye, corn (maize) and durum mills.
DesignThe plansifler consisis of thefollowing main components:
*2 symmetrical sifter sections
*1 drive saction
*Inlet bench with suspension
*Spoutsand hoses
The plansifler can be dismantledinto three units for shipping.

Sturdy construction
All surfacesin contact with the stockinside the siter compariments areprovided with effcient insulation.
The fiberglass-reinforced polyesterdoors lock the sieve stacks securelyin place and tightly shut off the sievecompartments. For this purpose,the locking claws are tightened by ahand crank.
The outlet frame with integrated NOVAsieve rests loosely on the bottom plate.Up to 7separations can be discharged.Large stock volumes are discharged inparallel through 2 sleeves.
