Flexible Rubber magnets are made by mixing Ferrite or Neodymium magnet powders with synthetic or plastic rubber (CPE,NBR etc)binders. Flexible (Rubber) magnets are made by rolling (calendaring) or extrusion methods.
Thickness: from 0.3mm to 5mm
Standard tolerance: Length/Width:±1.5mm.
Thickness:according to the cusomer's requirement.
Higher tolerance is available upon request.
Magnetizing: Standard multi-pole pitch: 2mm,2.5mm,3mm,4mm,5mm.
Various coating on the magnetic sheets are available, such as PVC,UV oil,etc.
We offer two kinds of flexible magnets : Isotropic and An-Isotropic.Anisotropic is stronger and more costly.
