NJU TANK MOUNTED SUCTION FILTER SERIES
INTRODUCTION
The NJU-series filters are widely used in hydraulic systems.The filter can be installed on the top or at the side of the tank.Filter element in made of wire meshes with nominal fineness of 80,100or 180 u m.During maintenance fiter element together with sludge cup can be withdrawn,from the housing and cleaned by washing.
A by-pass valve and a vacuum indicator are incorporated with the filter.When the pressure drop across the filter element reaches 0.018Mpa,the indicator gives showing maintenance shall be done.IF no service is done and as the pressure drop rises to 0.02Mpa,the by-pass valve will open to ensure oil flow into pump.
