1. The mould adopts hot runner system which consists mainly of flow plate, nozzle, heating element and temperature controller.
2. We design and offer this kind of mould with 16 cavities or 24 cavities or 32 cavities.
3. Fine quality mould steel (S136H, HRC48-50) imported from Sweden is adopted for the mould cavity, which can make lifespan beyond one million shots.
4. The machining accuracy for the mould can reach ± 0.01mm, with roughness as Ra00.8.
